Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Contextli for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Contextli

Contextli is a speech-to-text application that provides transcription services through various modes including local processing, cloud processing, and bring-your-own-key (BYOK) options. The Service may be subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at any time without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not transmitting any viruses, malware, or harmful code through the Service

6. Payment and Refunds

If you purchase a license or subscription:

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy
• We offer a 14-day refund period for purchases that do not meet your expectations
• Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing subscriptions or lifetime licenses
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Contextli and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer

In no event shall Contextli or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Contextli, even if Contextli or a Contextli authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Contextli does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
