By accessing and using Contextli ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Contextli for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Contextli
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
3. Service Description
Contextli is a speech-to-text application that provides transcription services through various modes including local processing, cloud processing, and bring-your-own-key (BYOK) options. The Service may be subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at any time without notice.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not transmitting any viruses, malware, or harmful code through the Service
5. Privacy and Data
Your use of Contextli is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices. We are committed to protecting your privacy and data, with multiple processing modes available to suit your privacy needs.
6. Payment and Refunds
If you purchase a license or subscription:
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy
- We offer a 14-day refund period for purchases that do not meet your expectations
- Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing subscriptions or lifetime licenses
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Contextli and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer
The materials on Contextli are provided on an 'as is' basis. Contextli makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
9. Limitations
In no event shall Contextli or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Contextli, even if Contextli or a Contextli authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
10. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Contextli could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Contextli does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Contextli may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
